Location is great, close to the beach and comfortable walking distance to everything you could want. Breakfast was just what I wanted. The room, well we were a cut lunch from the entrance, the pool and furnished very sparcely. And I paid for an upgrade. Heaven knows where we would have been if I had not.

The location was very good (between Second Road and Beach Road) and adjacent to central Festival Mall. The hotel fulfilled all my special requests, It is always handy to have a 7/11 store close by and there was one right next door. The staff were very welcoming particularly the doormen, who always gave a friendly greeting.

nice staff, very good location, near to big mall and beach. We booked a pool side room which was very convenient.

Breakfast was good. Pancakes crossants and various other dishes. Nice pool side balcony over looking a decent size pool. Room was good. TV various channels door staff were great. Right next the Milton shopping mall. Close to the beach

Location and hotel very nice staff very pleasant plenty of bars and restaurants close by beach 5 minutes walk away from the hotel overall very nice stay

Location couldn’t get any better for what you pay, legit walked across the road to the mall and a very short walk to the beach. So glad we booked this hotel, was very easy and cheap. We didn’t get breakfast so don’t know what it was like, but rooms were very roomy, beds were comfortable and everything worked fine.
