Great location friendly staff rooms was a good size and clean and you felt welcome

Location and hotel very nice staff very pleasant plenty of bars and restaurants close by beach 5 minutes walk away from the hotel overall very nice stay

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the doormen to reception and especially housekeeping. I would really like to congratulate the hotel for their wonderful staff. I have been to newer hotels in Pattaya, and this has been my favorite, because of the staff. The housekeeping lady on tower B, second floor is super kind! I tried to ask her name to mention here, but I think she didn’t understand. :( if the management see this comment, please, pass it to her.

The location of the hotel are the best it the most central for all Mall, bar and beach. The breakfast was simple but good. The room clean and comfortable for 2 person it spacious. The great thing about the hotel is the staff are always helpful ask them and they will do their best to help. I will always stay here in Pattaya.

I liked the location close to beach, restaurants and bars. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was amazing
